Jennifer Atilano, President

Having been in the healthcare industry for 10+ years, Jennifer has a passion for creating better environments for vulnerable populations. Throughout her career, she has built provider networks increasing primary care and specialty services to low-income populations in Illinois.

Outside of the healthcare industry, Jennifer is leveraging her expertise to further help very vulnerable populations by serving as the President & CEO of The Rose Petal Project. Her vision is to directly impact communities with practicality and, spreading love and encouragement to those who need it most.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends, learning about her faith and always studying the latest trends in her industry.


Lorraine Maldonado, Board President

Lorraine Maldonado is a student at DePaul University in Chicago, IL perusing a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Studies, majoring in Business Administration.

She has worked in the construction industry for the past 17 years experiencing a wide range of roles and responsibilities, she is currently serving as a Director of Finance and Administration in Chicago, Illinois. Average revenue through her construction experience is $25 million.

Lorraine lives in Southern Illinois with her husband, Hector, their children, Adrian, Miguel, Amaris, and Melani, and their lovable dog, Chewie. Lorraine enjoys mindful strolls through her neighborhood, watches a wide range of documentaries, and loves spending time with her husband and children.


Julie Medina

Board Vice President

Serving as a Programmer Analyst for over 2 decades, Julie is highly analytical and a driver of project management in her field along with any other external projects she may pursue. 

While not working full-time in the natural gas industry, Julie enjoys suburban life engaging in family activities, school PTAs and exploring local events in and around Chicago.


LaJuan Baines

Board Treasurer

La Juan is a passionate and hardworking leader in the healthcare industry with an entrepreneurial mindset.  She has experience with project management in non-profit environments, sales and marketing, as well as HR and recruiting. 

Outside of her full-time career, La Juan has a strong desire to positively impact our marginalized communities by promoting the value of mental health in today's modern environment.
